Our Founder and CEO
Belaynesh Hailemariam - Bella,
FCCA, MCSI, MSC
Bella is a seasoned Strategic Finance Professional, Business Consultant, Director of Finance and Corporate Services, Dedicated Financial Educator, Active Charity Board Member, Advocate for Women and Girls's Econonmic Empowerment.

Bella has held senior and strategic roles in charity and private sectors for over 20 years and her expertise spans financial strategy, FP/A governance, human resources, IT, and facilities, with a focus on international development, business skills, education, and mental health charities.
Collaborating with executive teams, senior management, and board of trustees, Bella steers and develops financial and operational strategies including successful implementation of organizational plans and assisting in crafting visions, values, and strategies.

Over the years, clients have benefited from Bella's deep knowledge of finance and business skills. Now, her ambition is to extend this expertise to a broader audience—empowering small businesses and charities with essential finance and business skills for success.
Bella's journey has been shaped by a series of challenges, starting as a girl like many others in Ethiopia, Africa where educational opportunities were limited. Overcoming those hurdles, Bella has evolved into a high-achieving professional through the power of education, resilience, determination and divine guidance.
Beyond her profession, giving back has a special place in Bella's heart. She is deeply committed to education, especially for girls and women. Currently, she runs a voluntary charity in Ethiopia, providing rural girls with opportunities for education and economic independence, opening doors to new beginnings. In the UK, Bella serves as a finance trustee, extending her dedication to supporting charities in her free time.
